Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Verifeyed collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our Service, whether as a business, an individual, or staff.

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, a hashed password, or a Google account identifier); property and inspection data, including any media you upload and the metadata it carries (capture timestamp, GPS/heading if recorded, and how it was captured); the AI analysis produced from that media; and, for marketplace purchases, payment details processed by Razorpay — Verifeyed stores the amount, currency, and Razorpay's own reference IDs, never your card number.

2. How we use it

To generate and display Property Health Reports, operate your account, process a marketplace purchase and grant access to what you paid for, and flag things worth a second look, like a media file whose capture date looks inconsistent with when it was uploaded.

3. Sharing

Property and inspection data is scoped to the organization that created it. We do not sell personal data. A consumer who purchases marketplace access to a report can view that report only, never the underlying photos or other reports. A report can also be shared via a public link at the organization's discretion; anyone with that link can view it, and it is not indexed or searchable. Vision AI providers (OpenAI and/or Google Gemini) receive uploaded images to produce the analysis above, and cloud object storage holds uploaded media and generated reports.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the organization operating your Verifeyed instance.
