Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Verifeyed's inspection reports, marketplace, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Reports and evidence

A Property Health Report is an AI-assisted visual assessment of the photos, video, and 360° panoramas supplied for a given inspection — a numeric health score, room-by-room findings, a damage table, and an amenities inventory. It reflects only what is visible in that media at the time it was captured; Verifeyed does not guarantee a property's condition hasn't changed since. It is not a substitute for a licensed structural inspector, a legal title search, or a government safety certification.

3. Purchases

A consumer who purchases access to a report through Verifeyed's public search pays a one-time fee, processed by Razorpay, for view access to that specific report as it exists at the time of purchase. Purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been unlocked, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute reports outside of the sharing mechanisms provided by the Service, or attempt to circumvent the marketplace's access controls on a report you haven't purchased.
